Wearing things out if you know you can repair or replace them is one thing…and if possible repairing and reusing is always the preferred option…but when it comes to your body you want to avoid this type of severe degradation to your kit! Our first article will help prevent common running injuries, especially useful if you extend your weekly mileage. Whilst we also look at how to pack your backpack for hikes to be as comfortable as possible and how to avoid the niggly pains that can arise if you don’t.


When it comes to clothing and gear though, as I mentioned, repairing and reusing is the most desirable option over replacing, so the last article has some really useful links and advice on the brands that can do this for you and the process involved. That way you get to wear out your bags, jackets and technical gear all over again on the trail, season after season!
