Kings of the Trail #023

I have so much fun when out running, it helps my mood, focus and creativity…it makes me feel more connected to the world around me and contributes to my overall physical and mental health and happiness. So, this week the focus is squarely on…running. From the ‘30 best running tips of all time’ to the differences between long and short runs and more.

Maybe you are not a runner, maybe you want to start and get out there, or maybe you run but want to know more about one of the easiest forms of exercise there is. Each week I update the Kings of the Trail playlist with a new selection – just like trail runs or hikes, you can be sure that it will be a varied and eclectic journey, but hopefully, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

The song title is “Chasing it,” which I think is fitting for this week's focus on running. It's a long and meandering track with a seamless rhythm and intriguing embellishments that will hold your attention. It's a top pick for a recovery run!
