Stop….just breathe…how often do you actually do that? Our lives are so hectic and full on – whether training hard or just living our own day-to-day, it seems that we rarely get a chance to properly relax. However, rest and relaxation are vitally important to allow us to be able to perform at our best when required – physically or mentally.
