After a recent meal, I popped open a fortune cookie…and the words inside dovetail with the quote above nicely. “Habits start out as cobwebs and then become chains.” It’s a poetic way of focusing on the development and trusting the process. Doing a little every day and continuing to head in the right direction. It’s not always easy, when travelling or if there is a disruption to your usual routine, but in these situations it is important to do what you can to not lose momentum. Even a small effort, over time, can produce incredible results…
