For any garden to produce fine flowers, tall, strong trees, and a pleasant green lawn, it needs to be cultivated, tended to, and cared for. If not, weeds will multiply and take over that beautiful, colourful garden. We should take the same approach to our lives, by controlling what we can and consistently exercising and challenging our mind, body and soul, we can give ourselves a chance and opportunity to bloom and flourish. Through this practice, we can truly be better people and a more positive influence on those around us…
