“It is difficult to say what is impossible, for the dream of yesterday is the hope of today and the reality of tomorrow."

Robert H. Goddard

The saying “you don’t have to be a rocket scientist” is one used regularly to convey something that should be quite obvious and straightforward…but the quote this week on turning the impossible into the possible is actually from a bona fide rocket scientist - then man who is credited with creating and building the world’s first liquid-powered rocket. So it’s fair to say that he should know a thing or two about achieving things previously thought impossible…but that doesn’t mean you need to be a rocket scientist or even a brain surgeon to turn your dreams into reality. The key is clear, manageable steps, the will to fully commit and the dedication to be consistent in your approach. No simple task, but to turn dreams into hope and then into reality, no matter how difficult the challenge, this is the minimum you will need, so start today and begin to make that dream real…

Until next week, be safe and enjoy the trails...

Each week, I update the Kings of the Trail playlist with a new selection of music. Like trail runs or hikes, the playlist will be varied and eclectic, but hopefully, there will be something for everyone to enjoy…

Like me, you have probably not heard of the musical genre called roséwave - but it is more than just the catchall name for a certain type of feel-good music, it has also come to capture those summer holiday vibes and feelings of the sun on your skin and the smell of sunscreen in the air…and this track captures it well. Molly Tuttle, the extremely talented guitar and banjo player, has well and truly brought the good time vibes on this one…so now you and I both know about roséwave…
