It is easy to get stuck in a rut and follow the same worn paths and routes for our regular runs, checking metrics and chasing PBs and Strava segment times, but we sometimes need to switch things up and experience new ideas; whether it is learning to navigate without phones, using mindfulness over brute force when the going gets tough, or simply unplugging from technology and seeing where the run or hike leads you. We all need to break the cycle of the same routines. This week, try to do just as Rockefeller suggests and try to travel some new paths and see where they take you…
